Property Manager

Our Property Management department is offering a successful candidate the opportunity to work amongst a supportive team.

The Client:
– Well know brand and well recognised for being a leader in Real Estate.

– They are seeking a Property Manager to manage task based roles from end to end.

The Role: 
– Tasked based property management role.
– Working Saturdays with a 4 day week
– Company car available
– Cloud base software and latest innovative technology
– Close-knit, experienced team
– Training opportunities

Salary: 
– Fortnightly Salary plus Bonuses
– Potential to earn monthly commissions
– Will consider junior experience

Duties:
– General portfolio management (specific to tasks)
– Conducting Open For Inspections

Requirements:
– Must have Agents Representative Certificate
– Drivers Licence and Car
– Experience in Property Management – Can be Junior

Property Management Assistant

The Role:

Front of House Manager

Looking for a vibrant and energetic person to become a part of a high performing and passionate real estate company.

As the customer care and office administrator, you must have strong administration skills, excellent time management and organisational skills.

Fluent understanding of the computer language google, social media and anything digital.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
– Answering and screening calls, redirecting or assisting as appropriate and taking meaningful messages
– Meeting and greeting clients to the office and ensuring meeting rooms are presentable at all times
– Providing administrative assistance to the directors, sales team and property management
– Maintaining and updating confidential information and records
– Diary management as required
– Database management
– Inbound and outbound mail and faxes
– Data entry, Updating Website
– General office duties including photocopying, scanning and filing
– Maintaining office presentation with light cleaning duties
– Attending after hours Monthly In Room Auctions

Personal Attributes:
– Agents Rep Certificate will be favoured but not necessary initially although must be attained
– Great computer skills with Windows and Mac Capability
– An immaculate appearance and confident phone manner
– Proactive and strong attention to detail
– Maturity and a strong sense of responsibility
– Strong sense of customer service
– High energy levels
– Displayed ability to multitask and prioritise work efficiently
– A friendly manner both in person and on the phone
– Hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm and Saturdays 9am – 1:00pm

Sales Associate
