Ray White’s In Room Auction Night

AN INNOVATIVE in-room auction has been hailed a success after 300 people attended the sale of 25 properties on one night.

The auction clearance rate of almost 80 per cent was on par with the Melbourne clearance rate for the week.

The results were fuelled by several bidders who bid for multiple properties.

A cold, rainy night did not deter buyers from the event organised by the Ray White offices in Taylors Lakes, Caroline Springs-Delahey and St Albans at the Taylors Lakes Hotel on July 30.

“We wanted to do something a little different and judging by the response our decision was well-received by buyers and sellers,” Ray White Taylors Lakes manager Lorry Colussi said.
